BRICKYARD

Travel Superfresh Shampoo

BRICKYARD Travel Size Shampoo could be your perfect travelling companion. Generously sized at 100 mls it provides maximum product within airline limits, so you avoid running out or rationing whilst away. BRICKYARD is mild enough to use daily without drying out your hair or irritating a sensitive scalp. This makes it a really great choice for warmer climates or if you are on the go and need that extra refresh. Our signature travel size bottles are a thick plastic, so no risk of breaking or splitting in your luggage.

BRICKYARD 500 Superfresh Shampoo is a very nurturing and vitalising shampoo for everyday use. Panthenol gives the hair volume, whilst Caffeine stimulates the blood flow in the scalp and encourages natural hair growth. So as well as helping you feel really fresh and clean, you know it will be doing your locks some good too. Contains White willow extract, which is pleasantly soothing for the scalp and because it helps regulate the scalps sebum production, it can help dandruff. The slight notes of green tea, jasmine and lime blossom are what makes BRICKYARD feel so refreshing.

If you need more travel size products, then along with BRICKYARD Travel Size Shampoo, the GRAHAM HILL Travel Set also contains ABBEY body wash and ARNAGE, our facial balm. ARNAGE is extra nourishing – perfect for keeping skin from drying out from sun and sea and smooths your beard. We also use it as a shaving preparation and it has a wonderful herbal aroma of honey, amber, mint and eucalyptus.

And of course, if you enjoy your travel sizes, they are all available as full size products so you can upgrade to a larger size when you get home. Subscribe to The Clubhouse, where you’ll find an exclusive discount waiting for you, as well as news and contributions.

What else can we tell you?

Origin of the name: Brickyard is one of the nicknames of the Indianapolis Motor Speedway, the venue for the Indianapolis 500 and the Brickyard 400. In the 1960s, the brick surface was entirely covered by asphalt aside from a three-foot (one-yard) strip at the start and finish line, which earned the oval its name, ‘The Brickyard’. As a newcomer here in 1966, Graham Hill was the first Brit to win the Indianapolis 500.

Whilst its stimulant properties make many wary of this ancient brew, the caffeine it contains is cited as having many beneficial affects. It’s good news for men suffering from early hair loss due to hormonal reasons, as caffeine can penetrate the scalp and promote blood circulation. Hair follicles become smaller with time and can eventually disappear completely, but some scientific research shows that caffeine is able to communicate directly with the hair follicles and counteract hormonal hair loss. Top tip: Leave shampoo in for 1-2 minutes to allow caffeine to penetrate the roots of the hair. It is broken down in the scalp within 24 hours.
