Delivery, Returns & Refunds Policy

Our Delivery & Returns Policy sets out what you can expect from GRAHAM HILL in terms of both receiving products purchased from us and how and when you can make a return.

Once you have purchased your GRAHAM HILL product, it is our aim to get it to you as quickly and conveniently as we can.

All orders received by 4pm, Monday to Friday, will be despatched the next working day.

Standard Delivery

All our orders are sent by courier or using Royal Mail’s Tracked 48 service* with an estimated delivery time of 2-3 days. We’ll send you an email once your order has been processed in our warehouse, and we’ll email you again when your order is dispatched.

If you are not in when it arrives, a card will be left with instructions as to how you can make contact to arrange a redelivery, or collect your parcel.

Expedited Delivery

We will aim to deliver next working day after receiving your order, but in some instances this may be 48 hours. We’ll send you an email once your order has been processed in our warehouse, and we’ll email you again when your order is dispatched.

For both Standard and Expedited delivery, please note that addresses in the following postal sectors may take a little longer to receive orders from us: BT, GY, HS, IM, JE, KW, PA60-75, PA78, PH30, PH41-PH44 and ZE2-ZE3.

If your delivery is delayed by Royal Mail or our other designated courier, for reasons beyond our control, such as weather conditions or times of high postal traffic, Graham Hill Cosmetics Ltd cannot be held responsible.

*Mirabeau aftershave tonic, will be despatched using our alternative choice of courier within the same delivery timescales. This is because perfumes and aftershave are included in Royal Mail’s list of prohibitive items and therefore requires additional insurance cover, which would then have to be reflected in our retail price. In order to keep our costs down, we choose to send it via an alternative despatch method.

Our Delivery Charges

Our delivery charges are shown when you check out your order. If you are ordering more than one product and stock availability means we are unable to deliver all the products within your order at the same time, we will only charge you once for delivery, which you will have paid for at the time of placing your order with us.

Should our courier be unable to complete delivery, your order will be returned to us. In these cases Graham Cosmetics UK reserve the right to charge you again for any return and re-send costs that we incur in posting it back out to you. Royal Mail will hold undelivered parcels for 18 days before returning them to us.

Free UK delivery applies to all products on our sites and will be applied automatically at the checkout, unless you choose expedited delivery at £3.99 per order.

30% off will be automatically applied at the checkout. 30% does not apply to expedited delivery and delivery fees will be shown at the checkout.

Cancellations & Returns

Consumer Contracts Regulations

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, if you are contracting with us as a consumer online or by phone, you have the right to cancel your contract at any time up to 14 working days after the day on which you received the goods you ordered.

Notification of your cancellation must be sent to us in writing and received by us within 14 working days; after the day on which you received the goods you ordered.

How To Contact Us

Please write to us at returns@grahamhillcosmetics.com and we will provide you with details of how to return your items. You will be required to arrange and pay for your own return postage. Once we receive your items and providing they are unopened, in their original packaging and in a fully resaleable condition (transparent seals must be unbroken and untampered with), we will issue your refund, using your original payment method.

We will refund the cost of the item(s) ordered and, in addition to this, any delivery charge you have paid. Graham Hill are not liable to cover your costs of returning the goods to us.

Need ro return something to us after the 14 day cooling off period?

If you change your mind about your purchase and wish to return it to us after the 14 day cooling off period, please write to us at returns@grahamhillcosmetics.com and we will provide you with details of how to return your items. You will be required to arrange and pay for your own return postage. Once we receive your items and providing they are unopened, in their original packaging and in a fully resaleable condition (transparent seals must be unbroken and untampered with), we will issue your refund, using your original payment method.

We will be happy to offer an exchange or voucher to the value of the goods up to 28 days from the date you received your goods. Once the 28 day period has passed we have the right to refuse returns of any unwanted items.

Damaged/ Faulty Goods

In the unfortunate event that your order arrives damaged or is suspected to be faulty, we will be happy to provide replacements or offer a refund as soon as possible. If the item you purchased is no longer available, we will suggest the closest alternative product. Correspondence will be made with you directly.

Returns Procedure

Items must be unused, in a perfect resalable condition and accompanied by a valid order reference.

Please wrap your returns securely, either using the same packaging they were received in, or alternative appropriate packaging so they arrive with us in their original condition. We reserve the right to refuse a refund/exchange for damages caused by insufficient packaging.

All Returns requests will be responded to within 48 hours (excluding weekends and bank holidays). We will always aim to get back to you as quickly as we can.

We advise that returns are made via recorded or tracked delivery and/or that a proof of postage is obtained. We reserve the right to refuse a refund/exchange for returns that fail to arrive with us where no proof of postage/tracking is available.

Refunds & exchanges

We aim to process exchanges within 2 working days from the date the return is received. Delivery charges may be applied for exchanges; charged at the standard rate (please refer to the Delivery Options above for further details).

Refunds will be applied against the original payment method within 2 working days from the date the return is received. Refunds may take 5-7 working days to show against an account, depending on your bank.

If your order originally qualified for a discount, but the items that you are returning cause the order value falling below the criteria for the discount, the discounted products must either be returned or they shall be charged at the full recommended retail price.

If your order qualified for a free gift and the goods that you are returning mean that you no longer meet the criteria of the promotion, the free gift must also be returned so that we are able to process the exchange/refund.

Gifts

If you have received your order as a gift, items may be exchanged for alternative products or we can issue you with a voucher for the value of your item.
