Silverstone – medium-length straights, wide, long curves and exciting corner combinations. CLUB is the final corner at Silverstone, named in honour of the RAC’s famous clubhouse in London. The RAC Cup is the oldest prize in F1 and awarded to winners of the British Grand Prix. Unlike other trophies, the winner doesn’t get to keep it. Whilst Graham didn’t win the British Grand Prix, son Damon did and became one of eleven British drivers to win the race at Silverstone between 1958 and 2024. 2024 marks the 30th anniversary of that triumphant win. Who can forget his victory lap waving the Union Jack… looking every bit as dapper as his famous Father.
